Clinical Scenario
A 35-year-old man presents with a left groin mass. On examination only a single testis is palpable in the scrotum. Ultrasound shows the groin mass to be an undescended testis containing solid and cystic components. Histology after excision reports: teratoma, positive margins, lymphovascular invasion, T4 Nx Mx.
